Vopak announces that today it has received confirmation from the Rotterdam District Court that no oppositionhas been filed against the cancellation of all outstanding financing preference shares. The cancellation of all 41.4million outstanding financing preference shares in the amount of EUR 44 million (par value EUR 20.7 million andshare premium EUR 23.3 million), as announced in Vopak's press release of 20 August 2014, took effect on 1January 2015.
