There is also the possibility of joining our Trainee Program. Our Trainee Program offers you the possibility to quickly gain knowledge and experience in an open and communicative environment by working directly alongside supervisors and managers. The program is a unique opportunity to learn about Vopak from the inside out. Experience has shown that most often our trainees progress into management positions and high-grade, specialist positions within Vopak.

The program consists of a two year rotation of challenging, hands-on roles and real responsibilities in different functional areas matching your individual ambitions and capabilities. An international assignment may also be added to the program.

We are currently looking for technical, business or commercial Master graduates. We also hire Bachelor and Master graduates with other study backgrounds, for example in Finance or Human Resources. A good working knowledge of English and an international mind set is required. The Trainee Program is open to all nationalities.
